Kevin A. O’Neil is the Founder and Managing Principal of KO Financial, bringing more than four decades of experience in financial services, business development, and client advisory. As a Chartered Financial Consultant through The American College of Financial Services, Kevin has built a career centered on helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. His expertise spans comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, risk management, employee benefits, and retirement plan design.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has partnered with a diverse range of clients to develop customized financial strategies that evolve alongside their goals and life circumstances. His approach is rooted in combining deep industry knowledge with a highly personalized level of service. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique situation, Kevin helps them make informed decisions that support both short-term priorities and long-term financial security.

Outside of his professional work, Kevin values family, community, and service. He has been married to his wife, Sheree, since 1981 and is a proud father and grandfather. He is also an active member of the Leesburg United Methodist Church.
